My Story

My journey in psychology began with a deep interest in understanding human emotions, relationships, and the inner struggles people often face silently. This curiosity led me to pursue higher education in the field of psychology, where I completed my MS/MPhil in Clinical Psychology.

Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of working as a psychologist in different hospitals in Lahore, where I gained extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with emotional, psychological, and life challenges. Working in clinical settings allowed me to closely understand the complexities of human behavior and the importance of compassionate, professional guidance during difficult times.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing issues such as self-doubt, anxiety, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, and personal growth struggles. My goal has always been to create a safe, respectful, and confidential space where people can openly express themselves and feel truly heard.

Beyond one-to-one counselling, I am also passionate about spreading awareness about mental health and personal development. Through educational content and online platforms, I aim to help people better understand their emotions and develop healthier ways of thinking and living.
